What’s Karma

The term "Karma"  refers to the force of cause and effect. Everything we do creates karma, and that all actions have consequences that are part of a larger cycle of cause and effect.

However, when people talk about karma, it often includes a sense of fear, such as the idea that doing bad things will result in punishment. But the deeper explanation of karma is that the energy you put out into the world will be reflected back to you in a tangible form. Good and bad are simply perspectives and viewpoints, but karma is often seen as a punitive mechanism that instills fear of consequences, rather than being a reflection of our true selves.

In a spiritual sense, everything that happens in our lives is neither good nor bad, but simply an experience. Therefore, karma is not a set of rules or a deterrent that makes us afraid of consequences, but rather a law of cause and effect.

The law of karma is there to help us learn and grow in this world, and to expand our consciousness. It is not designed to punish us, but to help us understand our experiences and learn from them.

In SRT (Spiritual Response Therapy), clearing past life events and programs is considered clearing karma. It involves releasing the cause and effect relationships that we no longer need, letting go of fear, and allowing our souls to be free. By letting go of our own perceptions of imperfection, wrongness, and self-doubt, we can move beyond dualistic thinking and forgive ourselves. This process can help dissolve the fear that is held in our subconscious, and we can move beyond the cycle of karma and into the power of love.

In summary, "業力" (karma) refers to the force of cause and effect, which is often misunderstood as a punitive mechanism that instills fear of consequences. In a spiritual sense, karma is a law of cause and effect that helps us learn and grow in this world. By clearing past life events and programs through SRT, we can release the cause and effect relationships that we no longer need, and move beyond the cycle of karma into the power of love.
